[The Malstrum's Mansion]

Excellent

Amazing, for what this game is trying to be, it couldn't possibly be any better. Well crap, the lack of a save feature is annoying, so that's one thing.

The Malstrum's Mansion has a presence to it, an eeriness. The gameplay is challenging, but not maddening. This is what you call art.

Wow, this is what the "toss" games should have been from day one. Toss the Turtle makes every preceding title in the genre look like an unrealized experiment. And that--come to think of it--is exactly what it is!

Sorry, but this has been done countless times already. In fact, I remember a few games that not only have the same gameplay, but the same plot concept (flash animator.) And for the most part, they're better than this. Oh yeah, and what is up with that music? At least I can mute it.

The controls on the ship are very strange, and that would normally make the game more pleasantly challenging. But not here; it just makes the game pointlessly hard. Probably because the whole flippin' concept of the game is a total bore.

Sadly weak

The "cards will be flipped" concept isn't enough to make it any different than the simple "memory" game we've all seen many times before. Mix that in with basic, uninspired graphics and we've got ourselves one heap of a pointless, dull game.

Wow, I've seen hundreds upon hundreds of "don't touch the walls" games. This is the first one I found was actually worth playing. God bless you for that! Also, it has one of the catchiest titles ever.

I never really know what to think about these kinds of games. It makes me wish I was just playing the actual game on the console.

Maybe a good game could've came out of this. But, what's up with the lack of any sound? That's not cool, maaaan!

Hey, it's a nice game. I mean, the visuals are pretty uninspired, but you got it where it counts: not making a game that has already been made a million times. You could've wasted your time on another "drag your mouse" game, or "silly quiz" game. But instead you made something unique. Good job.
